This is our story.
Through meaningful content, valuable tools, and essential resources, we empower individuals and organisations to be the spark of change.
We bridge gaps, connecting entrepreneurs with foundations, corporations, organisations, policy makers, and the public sector. In these partnerships, we discover opportunities, secure funding, and access a wealth of resources that amplify our impact.
Focusing on tackling financing gaps and infrastructural barriers, this project unites stakeholders from Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Nepal, including disability-focused groups. The aim is to co-create a disability-inclusive entrepreneurship framework by researching best practices within the Impact Hub Network and its partners. Through literature reviews, interviews with disabled women entrepreneurs, and the establishment of a regional Community of Practice (RCoP) and local Community of Practice (LCoP), the project will foster learning and knowledge exchange among Impact Hubs and Entrepreneur Support Organizations in the region with disability expertise.

In 2023, a question sparked an unlikely but groundbreaking journey: Can textile colour be produced using living cells?
It was Tanjib Ahmed Omi, then a third-year student at Army IBA, who posed the question to his friend Mahmood Hasan Gahon, a final-year biotechnology student at the time. The idea felt wild, almost too ambitious, but it lit a spark in both of them. Omi had planned to submit a project for the Build Bangladesh Needle Innovation Challenge and reached out to Gahon for support.
When reimagining the future, access to resources and opportunities for entrepreneurs forging that future is instrumental.
More so, their work is about creating jobs, nurturing healthy ventures, and supporting vibrant economies. As we advance towards a regenerative future, ensuring that impactful projects and startups have the resources they need isn't just important; it's vital for our collective progress.
Impact Hub’s policy approach emphasises a strategic collaboration with the public sector to drive social and environmental transformation. Advocating for supportive regulatory frameworks and inclusive economic initiatives, we work to mainstream impactful solutions. By convening diverse stakeholders, providing research insights, and co-creating tailored programmes, we shape policies that address complex global challenges and promote impact entrepreneurship.
