We are looking for a director to lead Impact Hub Dhaka, the Bangladeshi presence of one of the world’s largest networks for impact-driven entrepreneurship. As the country lead for a globally recognized brand, the Director shapes how Impact Hub shows up in Bangladesh, building high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, innovators, and partners.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The Director is accountable for business performance and financial sustainability, while also stewarding Impact Hub Dhaka’s mission to create meaningful social and environmental impact. From managing and expanding multiple hubs to forging high-value partnerships across the ecosystem, the Director plays a defining role in scaling a global platform locally.
